This policy applies to this website and to the mobile apps and related services published by the Company. Where an app has its own specific privacy notice, that notice applies together with this policy.

3. Information we collect

Website: this website requires no registration and uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. As with most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log requests (such as IP address, browser type, time of access and pages visited) for security and operational purposes.

Contacting us: when you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you choose to provide (such as your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message) solely to respond to and handle your request.

Apps (GeoFrame): photos you choose to edit are processed locally on your device; we do not upload your photos to our servers. The app may read location metadata stored in a photo to generate map artwork, and it requests access to your device location only if you choose “Use current location”. No user account is required.

4. Third-party services

To display maps and search for places, the app may send the requested map area or search terms to third-party map and geographic data services (for example OpenFreeMap, OpenStreetMap-based services and Apple Maps services). These requests do not include your photos. Those providers process data under their own privacy policies.

This website is hosted by an overseas cloud provider (Vercel), which acts as a service provider on our behalf.

5. How we use information

We use information only to provide and maintain the website and app features, respond to inquiries and support requests, keep our services secure, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

6. Storage and retention

Drafts and editing history in the app are stored on your device; you can delete them in the app or by uninstalling it at any time. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request unless a longer period is required by law.

7. Your rights

Under the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and other applicable laws (including the EU GDPR where applicable), you may request access to, a copy of, correction or deletion of your personal information, withdraw consent, and ask us to explain how we process it. 8. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 14. If you believe we have collected a child's personal information by mistake, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including HTTPS encryption across this website, and we minimize the data we collect.
